Shipping...   Where is my shipment actually shipped from? Hacktronics LLC is located and ships from Encinitas, California (92024). When can I expect my shipment to be shipped? Depending on when you place and pay for your order, we do our best to get our shipments out within two business days.  I received an email that said the status of my order has changed to "Shipped", and gave me a long string of numbers. What is it? That long string of  numbers that usually starts with 420 and your shipping zip code is your tracking number.  You can head over the USPS Tracking web site to check the status. Where can I get my tracking number? See above, or just log into your account on our web page and you will find the tracking number in the comments section of your order.
